Member of the technical team, your main responsibilities will be:

Technical Support

  • Provide Front Line technical support
  • Build Trust with clients by acting with integrity
  • Introduce clients to new product features

We are looking for:

  • Post-secondary diploma in computer science or engineering
  • Have minimum of 2 year’s experience with troubleshooting and resolution techniques with customer service
  • Takes initiative to efficiently engage in technical resources and with subject matter experts to best assist clients
  • Ability to self-learn new software with minimal supervision
  • Be recognized for its ability to challenge processes in an improvement perspective
  • Proficiency in the following languages and software would be an asset:

– AutoCAD

– ShipConstructor


– VBA, excel macro


– Oracle et SQL

  • Spirit of analysis and initiative and capacity to work autonomously
  • Customer service approach
  • bilingualism
